    I worked at ROSEN full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Relatively relaxed and friendly working environment, lots of parking, can progress from technician straight to project manager.

    Cons

    No training, no career development, poor remuneration, low HSE standards, a lot of employees are related to each other, that creates favoritism culture and does not insensitive team members to perform better.
