Company Review

Chief Manager - Corporate & Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)

I have been working at RPG full-time for more than 5 years

ProsA Company that truly takes care of the employees and offers career growth

ConsFeudal management system in the top level. Less hunger for growth and expansion.

Advice to Senior ManagementExpand the open door policy in the Middle Management Level. The Group needs to be more aggressive in their approach especially in the areas where they have tough competition like Retail, Entertainment etc.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at RPG full-time for less than a year

ProsIt is a People-oriented company with complete freedom at work. You can chart out your own path and quick growth in career.

ConsYou have to deal with too much ambiguity. Nothing is certain. So, its good for self-driven people who have some experience but for freshers who want to learn the processes, its not the right company because from the first day, you are on your own
