    Great company

Internal Audit Intern (Former Employee) Medina, OH

ProsLots of relevant experience. I was able to travel to different cities around the country and interact with a diverse set of companies/people.

ConsCompany HQ is in a rural area. Not a lot of career opportunities at HQ.

Advice to Senior ManagementOverall, good job.

    Kop-Coat Division

    Regional Manager (Current Employee)

ProsThe division for which I worked had tremendous leadership and was very innovative in creating/adjusting products to meet customer demands. The entire group worked well as a team. The products we sold were cutting edge from an environmental and safety standpoint so you could feel good about your contribution to society. The territory I covered (Western North America) is beautiful!

ConsMy position required a tremendous amount of overnight/over weekend travel. The HQ was located in Pittsburgh while I was on the West Coast so it was a mixed bag of working autonomously but missing out on the corporate culture and possible career advancement opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementStrengthen distributor relationships to cut down on employee overnights travel. Provide employees with some idea of a career path. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing.

This job is for the desperate

    Collector (Former Employee) Lynnwood, WA

ProsTwo week training, good location, easy to get hired, good office location in reference to food, key card protected entrance

ConsThe trainer had no clue what he was talking about. Was totally rude didn't give us a tour. No one got a chance to meet anyone bc we were afraid to talk. Human resources is snobby any make you feel as though you're wasting their time. If you like being pressured to collect or risk being fired, this s your job

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsSmall, somewhat independent companies are allowed to prosper.
Good health care and worker benefits.
Somewhat stable job for a good worker.

ConsNot a lot of insight, interested in acquisitions instead of internal expansion
Very quick to cut, slow to expand
