Pros
Two week training, good location, easy to get hired, good office location in reference to food, key card protected entrance
Cons
The trainer had no clue what he was talking about. Was totally rude didn't give us a tour. No one got a chance to meet anyone bc we were afraid to talk. Human resources is snobby any make you feel as though you're wasting their time. If you like being pressured to collect or risk being fired, this s your job
Advice to Senior Management
Restaff the entire place with better people

Small, somewhat independent companies are allowed to prosper.
Good health care and worker benefits.
Somewhat stable job for a good worker.
Cons
Not a lot of insight, interested in acquisitions instead of internal expansion
Very quick to cut, slow to expand
