    Pros

    Flexible company with great representation

    Cons

    Drives are too far sometime

  2. Paid 2 of us at $50/hr - while pay rate was ~ $85/hr = that's $35/hr off your back. Would you do business w/them ?

    Pros

Absolutely NONE - I've nothing constructive I could offer. This was plain & simple, is what it was.

    Cons

Was told to "be glad you had a job" - offered $50/hr. Got to Chicago, w/ other employees who were employed by a large pharmaceutical company,. We all were to do same job, only we found out they were getting ~$85/hr. That's pure & simple rape - $35/hr raped off us two employee' backs. Pure & simple.

    Pros

Weekly pay when working an assignment

    Cons

This company is not very truthful. They will tell you everything you want to hear but they do not deliver. They will pressure you into assignments that you stated you are not interested in. There is always a huge disconnect between what they tell the company and what they are telling you. The assignments that were presented to me were not with Fortune 500 companies and there was no opportunity to be hired permanently.

    Advice to Management

Be transparent. You make yourself and the applicant look bad by not communicating the same information to all parties involved. Also, listen to your contractors. If they tell you an assignment is not a good fit for them listen to them. You will only burn more bridges when you coerce them .

    Pros

Variety of work also enjoying working with the students and technicians.

    Cons

Not enough hours to make a living and also if offered a full time job, the company will not hired due to 30% commission finder fee and year probation. Last minutes assignment with no differential.

    Advice to Management

If offered a full time job, the company will not hired due to 30% commission finder fee and year probation. This hurts me finding a full time job with benefit since you do not give enough hours to get benefit other than that i love the job. Last minute assignments with no differential, mess up home life.

    Pros

Awesome Peers, Nice Desk to Work At, Great Benefits

    Cons

    High Turn Over
    Low Pay
    Commission Does Not Exist
    Work in Fear
    No Promotion available
If you are money motivated, this is not the place to be. They have no strategy, and the training is a joke. You are required to make 70 dials a day; they're more focused on quantity and not quality. This is a dying industry, and you're lucky to make over $50,000. I would use this as a temp job while looking for other opportunities.
You'll be asked to leave for the day if you get caught texting
    They treat you like children.

I've been in sales for 6 years, and this was 1 of 3 different companies I've worked for. They are by far the worst

    Advice to Management

Have someone who has actually been in our shoes do the training. Don't Micro Manage

    Pros

My recruiter was very responsive and also a really nice guy, often getting back to me on the same day. The pay was good. Wish my contract had been a lot longer. I got cookies from the company one day at work, to the envy of absolutely everyone. They even sent me a birthday card.

    Cons

Benefits aren't the greatest and are expensive.

    Pros

Small environment and easy to navigate to decision makers.
Long term history in the industry
    Good reputation in the industry
    Large field employee pool
    Good contact management software

    Cons

Poor Senior Manager - VP level (incapable of leading the organization) although recently removed from the organization into an ineffective role but still attached to RPh OTG for some reason???
Mediocre compensation plan. Long term employees earn $100K Plus. Newer employees earn $35-$40K,
Low base salary for new employees (causes rapid turnover and cancelled new hire starts - who take other positions and don't show up on their 1st day) New employees earn
No advancement potential. The company is part of the largest staffing firm in the world (Adecco) and this branch does not promote employees up into the Adecco organization....EVER!
Employees operate in an environment of FEAR.
    Poor employee morale.
    Horrible office building
***Single vertical offering to clients (Only Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians). RPh OTG needs to offer other Allied Health professionals to their hospital client base (the lion share of their business) in order to survive and remain competitive.

    Advice to Management

It's time to start promoting your seasoned and successful employees up into the organization.

    Pros

Great colleagues, my direct manager is awesome, opportunity for growth if you work hard and express your interest to grow in the company.

    Cons

Upper management is starting to understand what needs to happen to keep employees happy and working hard. Still a few tweaks need to be made and the computer systems are horribly outdated.

    Advice to Management

New computer system, more money -based awards for sales progress, more leadership opportunities for those that are interested.

    Pros

Nice atmosphere to work in. Friendly people. They play bingo on Fridays. Good work/life balance. Good benefits. Owned by Adecco a global company with good reputation.

    Cons

No potential for growth. Outdated philosophy on sales strategy. No marketing of brand name. Management is not involved in growing the market share.

    Advice to Management

Pharmacy staffing is not what it used to be. It's much more competitive. They need to update their strategy.
