Pros – 1. Good people around (Team members). Very supportive.
2. Good learning for freshers.
Cons – 1. Management team does not have a vision.
2. Management will not think about the personal growth or company growth.
3. Employees are treated very bad after putting the resignation.
4. No reply is provided for queries neither from management, nor from HR or finance department.
5. Compensation is very low for experienced employees.
6. The exit interview/ employee satisfaction survey suggestions are not reviewed.
Advice to Senior Management – Please think properly about the Employee Satisfaction survey and exit interview suggestions. Management should stop groupism. Training and development division needs to be restructured.

Pros – Employee bonding is very good. Small company so people are friendly
Cons – Lack of vision and company do not want to grow. Based on single client business
Advice to Senior Management – It could have been a leader, but it wants to remain low

Pros – Benefits covered at 100% no deductions from the Salary
Pay 100% for the GC process (all stages 1 through 3)
Cons – No increments in Salary or vacation as the number of years employed with them increase. Salary increments happen only once 3-4 years and that too mere 2%
No 401K
Advice to Senior Management – Please provide competitive salary and retirement benefits like 401K

Advice to Senior Management – If you have a goal or vision (Which I doubt) you should have a plan to achieve this.

Flexible work time
Work from home facility
Good work life balance
Cons – Limited growth opportunities in the long run if your are a senior employee having 8+ exp.
Only one or two big clients in their portfolio
Advice to Senior Management – Take the company to a fast track growth path
