I have been working at RSA Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

    Cons

They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to the problems that people have in the comany. Make it easier for people to raise problems that they may be having by ensuring that managers act as managers and not trying to make problems worst for employees.

I worked at RSA Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

International organisation. Successful business in Sweden. Investing in technology and smart people.

    Cons

In Sweden: complex "political" organisation (currently changing) with slow decision making and unnecessary long time to market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Encourage faster decision making. Listen to people with long experience, not only new talent. Get rid of the back scratching culture.

Former Employee - Risk & Ops in London, England (UK)

I worked at RSA Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good external company reputation
    Some good people and management
    Nice office

    Cons

Poor management some from pressure some not
Unable to do job without support and resource
    Lower pay than market average
Poor morale and culture across the business from these strains

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your most valuable staff are suffering or leaving; you've cut back and spent money in the wrong places, and not seeing some management failures. Something's going to go wrong if you don't recognise and manage your operations and people.
