    I worked at RSP

    Pros

Team environment, fun, good location, great benefits, the compliance committee communicated throughout the teams; multiple clinic sites; paid for skills improvement classes (ACCESS, leadership, etc)

    Cons

The merger and acquisition took a toll on the teams so more communication should have been more open; many layoffs

    Advice to Management

Provide more opportunity for growth; more communication among teams; less constant change would create less "fearful" environment; and open the door to college interns

    Pros

The office is located around Orchard Area with easy access to public transport. There are lots of experienced and helpful colleagues with most of staffs in the management level worked for more than 20 years. There are projects of many types, scales and complexities available.

    Cons

There are at times lack of manpower for certain teams while some of the teams may have too many manpower. Not much staffs benefits.

    Advice to Management

To have a thought on succession plan on all levels, not only on top management role.
