I have been working at RVNA

    Pros

People care. Positive not for profit mission. Employees are hard working and want what is best for the patients. The agency allowed the employees to work on the values and what each meant to them in their own work.

    Cons

There are always other agencies out there with more money but it goes to the owners, not the mission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to be the well informed team you are....keeping us informed of what is going on in home health.

I have been working at RVNA

    Pros

Most of the clients are very nice.

    Cons

Employees get reimbursed for 38 cents a mile when the government will reimburse 50.5 cent a mile and no increase for the rising gas prices

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clients who need CNAs should have a minimum of an hour no matter how long it takes. CNA's should be paid the same amount per client across the board whether they are CNA or PCP clients
