I worked at RW Lynch full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The office location and sales contest were good. The sales people were great but there was a very high turnover rate and therefore as soon as you built a relationship with anyone they were gone.

    Cons

The management has little to no ethics and has no clue how to train or treat people. There is no flexibility in work hours, i.e. no work life balance. They want everyone at work at 7:00 am and out the door at 4:00, extremely weird for a sales position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some ethics and bone up on management skills - how to treat and reward employees. Need to devote time to new people vs. veterans so you have more veteran employees.

  2.

Good place to polish solutions selling skills. It is a transitional job, not the place you want to make a career out of.

I worked at RW Lynch full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is a team-based environment, if you are competitive, this is a good place for you. The schedule is a plus. It is a fun sale with high rewards.

    Cons

The pay, individuals are under paid. Inconsistency in offerings for sales teams. There is a lot of turnover: it's a revolving door with sales reps

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are in a different economy. Change price offerings to clients. Either ask for less or give more. And a E-learning training program is long over due to give sales rep a fair chance to be successful

I have been working at RW Lynch full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people who work here are nice...but that's about it.

    Cons

High turnover, the program is difficult to sell and the managers make it sound easy! But good luck getting a sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some people skills. And don't bother contacting HR, they never get back to you!!

I worked at RW Lynch full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere most days. Managers are willing to help if you ask for it. Good compensation if you can actually sell anything. Decent benefits package.

    Cons

Product has bad reputaion in the industry. Dealing with attorneys all day is grueling. Extremely difficult to sell anything.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try a different approch to contacting people. More research for leads.
