I have been working at RadNet full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great company that offers great benefits. There is ways to work up the company ladder if you prove yourself. The work load is challenging at times but it can be very reasonable.

    Cons

Management treats you like a number. They don't realize how hard the employee's work, or seem to care. They just expect the job to be done. Work schedule is messed up, its hard to work a night shift till past 11 at night than expect to open the next morning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know your employee's better. Don't talk down to them. Give your employee's raises! It's unbelievable that there hasn't been raises for technologist's and other employees for years. We are not robots, we are people and they need to realize how hard and unreasonable they are sometimes and have no sympathy. They act as if they are always correct.

I worked at RadNet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The benefits were really good, everyone is really nice and supportive and the overall corporate culture is great.

    Cons

At times, because everyone is remote, it can be difficult to come to a concensus and the process of producing things takes longer than it should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire project managers

I worked at RadNet full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

From a middle management position, I found the senior leadership to be very realistic but constantly implementing headcount reductions and wage freezes makes it a difficult environment for everyone.

    Cons

There is such thing as job security at RadNet but that is probably true for any private sector job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Leadership has a responsibility IMO to communicate with employees about the challenges the company faces. My sense is most of the employees will appreciate the cold, hard facts rather than be left in the dark.

I have been working at RadNet

    Pros

Sound company that has many opportunies for advancement. The company is constantly growing and that means that if you work there, there's a good chance that you'll see change. Change gives you more experience. A good sign is when you look at how many employees have been with a company for over 10 - 20 years and Radnet has a lot!

    Cons

Change is difficult a lot of people. The longer you have been at the same place, the harder it is. If you have a hard time adapting, I wouldn't recommend becoming part of the team. You have to be able to adjust or you will end up being miserable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's a big company and some times things aren't fair. HR could do more to support ALL.

    Pros

Very stable company. Growing, always has work.

    Cons

Replacing vital humans with computers is a bad idea in the field of medicine

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Few complaints, but could do better...

I have been working at RadNet full-time

    Pros

Most positions have a decent work/life balance.
There is advancement available in most departments.
Technologically they usually stay ahead of the curve.

    Cons

As reimbursements and margins drop, so do perks.
When the numbers are not there upper management breathes down your neck.
    Pay is below market standard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the employees at the sites feel more appreciated. They work very hard to earn the company money, and only a small percent of them earn a good market standard wage and benefits.

I have been working at RadNet full-time for more than a year

    Pros

M-F 8-5 hours. Most Patients are mobile. Ability to cross train in other modalities.

    Cons

Pay could be better. No automatic pay increase, you have to demand & be persistent about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set rules & consequences, otherwise staff gets away with not doing their jobs.
