    Here i experencied many new things and manage staff also.

    Didn't give offer letter.this is the biggest cons

    Pros

    compensation on a placement, travel facility for ladies and good networking team to support 24/7

    Cons

    no coordination between US management and India, more firing, no leaves provided when needed and no fix day for pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need a direct contact between US Management and employes in India, hire the managers who can understand the problem of the recruiters.

    Best place to come out with any innovative ideas you have.Senior management is always approachable and patient enough to listen to you.

    Cons

    Though there is some lack of coordiantion between depts but i'm sure they will come up with a solution.All the best
