    I worked at Radiant Technologies


    Just a j.o.b., not much of a career. GA is an ok place to live, I guess. Many better options for meaningful technical work are out there. This might be a good place to gain experience for better jobs at better companies.


    Seems like staffing and budgets are an issue. The industry is not very good, either. Most customers have trouble affording services with so many low cost options out there. Much of what the company produces is being "in-sourced" by customers as their IT staffs grow and new technology gets introduced making it easier to DIY.

    Advice to Management

    Find a way to attract better people and keep them. Customers will get better service and the tech support teams will be more efficient.
