    Congenial and disciplined working environment, various skill development opportunities. An ideal place for sub-editors and broadcast journalists.

    Cons

    Slow career growth, meagre salaries, red tape.

    Advice to Management

    Equity and equality should be the norm. The competition is high these days, even in the FM world

    Job is interesting. It actually enhances and boosts your confidence level.

    Cons

    salary isn't really attractive and there aren't chances to do new things.

    Make the job a bit interesting and also salary.

    Pros

    could not define in one sentences any how hectic more when you don't get space by your seniors.

    Cons

    its a 24 hour job with those uneducated people those have not any idea how to do
