    Pros

You have the opportunity to learn a lot in this company. Everyone is helpful to get engineers up to speed and make them productive.

    Cons

It's a small company, seems to be at the mercy of large clients and economy. A 401K plan used to be available but not anymoreSmall company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice to operate in a small company mode. Saving cash even when it seems to be plenty

    Great Engineers, Poor Management

    I worked at RadioFrame Networks

    Pros

Excellent, high quality engineering organization, comparable to Fortune 500 engineering companies. Engineering committed to building good products. Company smart enough to hire independent contractors, rather than using standard contracting firms. Company saved money with lower billing rates and contractors made more money by cutting out the middleman.

    Cons

Sales and Marketing was near non-existent. Engineering was in charge of coming up with product ideas, which customers would not buy, after spending tons on development costs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None - company went under. Next time build products that sell.
