I have been working at RadioShack full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

great place to work if your on top of your game.

    Cons

No balance for fork and social life. When your short of staff you have to work all the time. A lot to do basically you do everything in the store for a low pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more hours for payroll and pay more to Asm because in most locations they do more than the managers.

I worked at RadioShack part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You can make more than minimum wage if you mange to sell cell phone plans, batteries, and warranties. The stores are smaller so have less products to worry about and organize.

    Cons

They stress too much to sell batteries and phone plans to every customer they that walks in. The hours can also be very long and as any retail job goes, you have to work on weekends.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always look for what improvements can be made for the employees
