    ProsBeautiful decor. Hope for this relatively new place to be great.

    ConsServers, bartenders and buss people get the tips put on their checks. So there is no same or next day cash (unless the tips were cash).

    Advice to Senior ManagementConcentrate more on bettering the restaurant and staff welfare , instead of securing their own position within the co.

    ProsThe staff at my hotel is outstanding as far as providing excellent hospitality experience for both our guests and each other. Nearly everyone I work with is genuinely kind and eagerly dedicated to working together to provide that great experience for our guests.

    ConsAs with any job, there are individuals who are not to the task of acheving the mission of the company. And as a result, the atmosphere suffers. Because it is a corporate environment, the actions needed to address the work or behavior of said individuals can be rigid (although understandably so) and very drawn out, thus making for, at times, a less than efficient work environment.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCommunication! Communication is the key to understanding the needs of your guests, but likewise the needs of you staff in order to best serve those guests.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAbandon American style test calls and start having qualitative evaluations based on a professional and not cookie-cutter scorecards. Qualitative always beats quantitative in these matters as a numerical assessment is not measuring exactly what it's supposed to measure.

    ProsDevelopment in international business? Lots of movement and chance to develop. Corporate development opportunities good.

    ConsCost cutting had big impact. Lots of variance in standards of management between hotels and countries. Some hotels fantastic, others needed investment.
