    social: 5/5, technical: 3/5, business: 4/5, management: 3/5, innovation: 2/5

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsPeople and working atmosphere are great. What this means is that if you have a great idea, you really stand a change in getting it (and yourself) through (not without an effort on your part, of course). Also, the company consistently delivers on its technical goals.

ConsIn terms of technical and managerial skills (in comparison to other networking technology companies), I've seen better. Still, with idiot/genius factor being < 1, it seems like a good deal.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou're OK. That's not enough. Try to be remarkable.

Good atmosphere, great people but has leadership problem

    Software Engineer (Former Employee)
    Tel Aviv (Israel)

    ProsGood atmosphere, great people.
The company tries to create a family atmosphere and I think they success. Many people work in the company over 10 years.

ConsThere is a leadership problem in the company.
The vision is not clear (or to be exact the vision is changing frequently) and so does the goals and deadlines. It can be really frustrating to work few months on something that eventually will not even be integrated into the next version (because the company priority was changed again…)

RADVISION is as good company as any other.

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Tel Aviv-Yafo (Israel)

ProsThere are really great people in Radvision. The collection is actually amazing. Managers, co-workers, everyone in nice, cooperative, and generally friendly.
Work is interesting. Many new technologies to adopt, many companies to work with as customers. Most of them are top innovators, implementing features no other has, making development very challenging.

ConsThe salaries are below average. There is no build-in plan for salary raises, making the process very sporadic. There is a lot of focus on one of the business units, making the other business units left with less attention and resources. This has negative effect also on the "in-focus" BU, as it is also under lot of pressure.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to look for new horizons, don't just do more of the same. As for Compensation package, compare to companies in the same industry, and with the same size.
