Pros

There are really great people in Radvision. The collection is actually amazing. Managers, co-workers, everyone in nice, cooperative, and generally friendly.
Work is interesting. Many new technologies to adopt, many companies to work with as customers. Most of them are top innovators, implementing features no other has, making development very challenging.

Cons

The salaries are below average. There is no build-in plan for salary raises, making the process very sporadic. There is a lot of focus on one of the business units, making the other business units left with less attention and resources. This has negative effect also on the "in-focus" BU, as it is also under lot of pressure.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to look for new horizons, don't just do more of the same. As for Compensation package, compare to companies in the same industry, and with the same size.
