I worked at Radware full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

. In some products the technology is a winner. excellent support team. Customers are always supported no matter what.

    Cons

Technology only, does not bring you customers Everything and everybody are measured through technology prism. In too many cases very good bits and bytes engineers are calling the shots. Marketing is very busy with poor results.

    Advice to Management

Start thinking strategically and do not base your thinking on technology only. Radware will not get to next level if will not think strategically.

    Pros

Salary and benefits are pretty good. Technology runs from good main products to somewhat sketchy.

    Cons

Too many cooks - Leadership is fractured and sometimes pits departments against each other instead of working towards a common goal. Micro management is common.

    Advice to Management

Give people some independence to make there own decisions and then have their back.

    Pros

Good people , an OK company to work in but not a great one, you can clime up the rank pretty quick if you are a workaholic.

    Cons

bonuses and raises are rarely given. you can work really hard to meet the deadlines but when it's time for compensation all your hard work is forgotten. no Work/Life Balance

    Advice to Management

there is no clear goal where the company is headed. I suggest to match the salaries to the market

    Cons

Lack of common sense Penny wise, pound foolish Very difficult to change opinions / directions

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Radware full-time

    Pros

Products are pretty good, good engineering and pretty low failure rate. Pricing is competitive although complex.

    Cons

Tend to sell features they haven't really fully vetted to "test" the market... beta testing is almost unheard of. Support can be spotty. Marketing is almost non-existent - as is business development and as a result brand recognition is poor ( in the US) so lead generation is appalling.

    Advice to Management

Spend more resources on market development instead of just pushing that responsibility to the field.
