    It continues to get worse

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsYou need a job that is flexible around your schedule then this could be the job for you. That is all

    ConsThey keep hours under qualifying for benefits and ask of you to keep giving and giving but never give anything in return. Only get tips and you don't get breaks for lunch.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees better. You used to.

    Good solid dependable serving job.

    Server (Former Employee)
    Evansville, IN

    ProsGreat food; best GM I've ever worked for; teamwork based system; flexible scheduling; great regular clientele; surprisingly good heath insurance for full time employees.

    ConsLack of advancement opportunities; undependable coworkers; inability to fix broken equipment due to cheapness;

    Advice to Senior ManagementIt's ok to fire someone if they're doing an inadequate job. It's also ok to (gasp!) fix things when they break, or to buy new equipment.

    Prosfree food the cooks are great

    Consmanagement is just so dumb. Micro managing is out of control its like they have no sense. jason watson is the worst GM I have ever seen. Raffertys is a good part time job

    Waiter (Current Employee)

    Prosyou get good moey for the hours you work, there is some down time while ont he job, but then it does get kind og hectic at times. most employees are good, some just bring along drama, the management system is good,just the managers need to get their priorities straight sometime, but they are mostly good most of the time. very little benefits, if any, they say you get 36 percent off of food, but if you didnt make much money one day, that might not even be enough to eat there, but a decent place to work, i sugest

    Conshaaving to deal with the drama of other emplyees

    Advice to Senior Managementchill out
