    Pros

New building, very nice things to use, everyone is young.

    Cons

Pay is horrendous If this is your first job, you can expect to be making $15K less than the national average for a college grad. The job is thankless. Hard work just gets you more work. there is ZERO room for you to prove yourself and see any benefit from that work. Most postdocs will work you in to the ground if you don't stand up for yourself.

    Advice to Management

Pay your workers a decent wage. The idea that you can"t because the money is for experiments is bull. unless those antibodies are experimenting on themselves, your workers are the most important investment you make.

    Pros

The people there seemed really nice. Reached out to help me adjust to the place and helped me get going. Learned a lot in a very short time and had a lot of growth. Nice location too.

    Cons

There seemed not to be a clear-cut outline of what was expected of me in the first few weeks. Sometimes did not have much to do.

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere with many intelligent colleagues. Great opportunity to learn and rub elbows with accomplished post docs and MD's. Good starting point for a young grad to get their feet wet in academic research and determine if it is a career path they would like to follow. Great medical benefits.

    Cons

Little interaction with co-workers. Lack of clarity and cohesion on projects and goals. Introverted workplace. Low salary. Repetitive work.

    Advice to Management

Added structure and mentoring to employees.
