Current Employee – been working at Ragon Institute full-time for more than a year

Pros – It is a great place fo rpeople to work who are coming out of undergraduate school and want a gap year before med school or grad school. PI's are very supportive and high-impact publications flow out of the Ragon Institute.

Cons – Mediocre pay for technicians, but the recommendations pay off.

tons of seminars and opportunity to learn and gain experience

Cons – working overtime unpaid
having a boss that is always too busy to talk
life/work goals very different than co-workers

Advice to Senior Management – technicians deserve to be paid more, especially if they work overtime
