    Pros

Colleagues, overall friendly atmosphere, limited overtime

    Cons

small if any investments in people development, yearly evaluations based on anything but performance (more like how well you get along with the boss), lack of transparency, very bad communication (middle management keeps lower ranks totally in the dark, only give specific tasks without leaving any space for personal contribution), disorganized management, middle management does not seek to perform, improve or innovate, only to keep low (out of the radar of C level)

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to middle management who by not promoting a learning and contributing environment are pushing away people you would like to have in your organization and keeping only the week links.
