    Pros

There are good payments and also a good job opportunity for beginner bankers to meet new problems and try to solve them in the most efficent way and meet with the brand of Raiffeisen bank Hungary.

    Cons

I think it was a little bit booring and sometimes I felt I was just a small part of the huge capitalist money pumping machine. There are no good opportunities to go to a higher level if sou dont have friends in the boss team.

    Advice to Management

Try to work together with the conservative goverment solutions because if the bank try to avoid that kind of politics it wuldn't help to growing in a long term and make enough profit to maintain the eastern european subsidiaries.
