    Pros

well organized bank, positive working environment, good business offices, good interpersonal relations, solid training opportunities, people contact, variety, challenging and stimulating work

    Cons

Long hours, stress, pressure to learn things very quickly & performing to a high standard, having to take banking exams - involving revising after a day's work, pressure to meet branch targets

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't ignore your manager, have a weekly meeting, spend some time as a group defining your current and long-range goals

I worked at Raiffeisen banka Serbia

    Pros

    Good salary
    Good benefits
    Excellent HR Department
If you are lucky you can work with some extraordinary people and make a lifetime friendships
Great locations and very nice offices
Some directors are righteous and very honest and know how to treat employees

    Cons

Sometimes you don't have time to eat during a work hours
Some managers are totally incompetent for what they do
Dress code, but it is pretty much the same in all banks
Some managers don't provide any assistance to their employees but require very high and difficult goals to be met

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees better, speak with them and see what they need, after all employees are the ones who are in constant contact with clients and they know client's needs better than anyone else
Don't expect all goals to be met when you are not providing any solutions and assistance
