Pros – Flexible scheduled and 30% discount

Cons – District managers lets store manager do wat ever they fell ...like fire someone for talking to an former employee even though she was now a coustomer... unsafe work environment, falling rounders broken wheels on the rack. No pay raise want break room s are cluttered with promotions signs and worse the company never fixed the air condition so it was always really hot and uncomfortable for worker's and customers

Advice to Senior Management – Dont let store management run u into the ground... lost 4 store sites in one year

Pros – there arent to many Pro's besides weekly pay, direct deposit, debt free company. also you don't work off indivual sales, its a team effort so no pressure on each person.

Cons – the vacation policy is dumb, if you dont start by a certain date during the year you have to wait almost 2 years to take your first vacation. the merchandising is so plain and boring. they work you on bare minimum hours and expect you to keep your shrink down. you work on 2/2 coverage often and they send you 20 boxes of shipment a day expect it to be done in less than 24 hours, on top of markdowns, floor moves and someone always has to be upfront. remind you this is on 2/2 coverage.

Advice to Senior Management – i was sold a dream in my interview and it was a totally different thing once i started. also, if you are salaried(store manager) expect to give your life to them cause you most likely will put in over 60-70 hours a week(unpaid overtime). they also make you do your own inventory and store managers have to drive to other counties to help other stores UNPAID gas & mileage. oh and your not getting paid for doing the inventory. they do not give you comp days if you was to work a 6 day work week that is not a holiday.

Pros – you can move up very quickly. The pay rate is excellent if your a college study. And the hours are very flexible.

Cons – If you're a people person than this job isn't for you. Some of my coworkers are extremely lazy and it can really get on your nerves.

Advice to Senior Management – The advice that I offer to management is that you should make everyone do their share of work.
It's not fair to the employees that work hard and than have to do someone else work.
