  5. Only been working there for 4 months the customers are ok but don't have any injury that happens outside of work almost likely to terminate you

    Get real management and the store will thrive!! Loss Prevention needs to do their job by actually installing some sort of video system or certified security. The staff does a lot for the wage that is given with slim chances of a raise.

    Friendly regulars.

    Unprofessional and unsympathetic Managers that expected your life to revolve around the company.
    Low Pay.
    Little to no hours for part time.

    Your employees are not your minions, do not treat them as such. At one point you were in their shoes.

    Good discount on clothing

    Very Low pay
    Horrible communication between stores
    Communication skills of district and regional manager in LA area is ridiculous
    No raises unless you know the right people regardless if your the best manager they have to offer
    Home office employees are a joke! Half don't speak English very well and other half don't know anything
    Management spends more time ringing sales then sales associates

    Develop your managers more by offering training
    Talk to your people more they know what sales better in their stores
    Offer better benefits and incentives to all employees
    Give raises!!!
    Incorporate more automated forms so there is less paperwork

    Had a good time with my coworker built many relationship with customers.

    Cons

    DM was rude unprofessional, spoke bad about customers, alot of drama, pay was bad, would never work there again.

    Pros

    I learned a lot. Worked with some great people. Got to work independently.

    Cons

    Bad work locaton. Bad working conditions so it affected the moral of the unit. There needs to be better management. A very racist environment.

    Put your personal feelings aside. Treat your employees with respect and they'll go all out for you.
