    Pros

Fair compensation, high standards, flexibility compared to other comparable positions in industry.

    Cons

It is what you make of it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to do what you've always done, and take advice from those on the ground floor to implement operationally.

I worked at Raising Cane's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great environment inside the kitchen when the GM is not around.

    Cons

The job itself is designed for the naive teen who is still getting through high school. No self-respecting adult would resign him or herself to a lower position on the totem pole of life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great service and hire more teens because the adult eventually complain of career advancement in which none will get considering their education.

    Pros

-great laid back type of environment , but also a very fast-paced atmosphere

    Cons

One of the cons of working here is that they rarely like to give you hours if labeled as a minor which sucks

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to schedule minors the most hours possible.

    Flexible schedule.

I worked at Raising Cane's full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Can be a fun, exciting, energetic place to work especially with the right team. Very fast pace and have to be communicative!

    Cons

Hard to transfer and kind of hard to move up in company. More like for High School or College students that are looking for a way to make money, not a career in fast food.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better appreciation for long time employees.

Friendly crew, good pay, management is nice, they really work with any schedule you have. Great place to work.

    Cons

I don't really see any cons. They have competitive pay, great hours, promote from within and is just a really great place to work.

    Pros

The management is very easy to talk to and work with you. The atmosphere is very laid back, so you don't really feel like you're working.

    Cons

When the restaurant was slow you would have to do a lot of cleaning and mundane tasks to keep busy.

    Fun environment
    Fast pace
    Cool coworkers
    Upbeat management
Area Regional manager comes thru and helps around the store every few weeks.

    Cons

The pay is okay but when you're constantly going above and beyond. It seems so little.
    Expect unsatisfied guests.
    Sometimes can be unorganized.

    Pros

Friendly people, company values, hygiene, good relationship with managers and GM, flexible hours and time off

    Cons

Standing the whole shift, you may or may not get a break during your shift, not everything is explained during training--a lot of on the job learning

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
