I worked at Raising Cane's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Was a great company. Owner was very involved and dedicated to his restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed my time there.

    Cons

Not much bad to say other than I wish there was more room to advance. With a small company that treats people well people in top positions stay with the company making it hard for others to move up.

I worked at Raising Cane's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Raising Canes was hands down the best fast food place to work at ever. I worked there throughout my senior year of highschool and throughout college. Its more like a family. They treat there employees with respect and love. They even put on parties for our families and friends. Every summer they throw a huge party in the park and they have the works. Huge crawfish boils. For Christmas they rent out a place and throw parties and give out tons of gifts. Best place ever. And if you work after 8pm they pay $1 more per hour. Its fast pace but that's how we stay on top. BTW I worked in Lafayette LA on west congress. Store #9 The Breadwinner

    Cons

Some times the rude customers but of course that's everywhere if you're in customer service. But there's not much more to say actually. I promise you'll love this job. I did.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do the great jobs that you do. I have a strong relationship with each individual manager and they make it easy to communicate with and they always respect you and encourage you to be faster and do better.

    Pros

Fun place to work. Lots of music, fast paced atmosphere. Pay is OK, however there is a lot of pressure put on you from higher management. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Long hours. Hard hands on work, very high expectations and quality control. Pay could be a little better, and the communication with in the restaurant needs improvement.

I worked at Raising Cane's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The atmosphere is great, the people are great, and the food is great.

    Cons

If you don't have endurance it can really beat you down. Also if you didn't have to pick the food up literally right out of the fryer that would be great.

    Pros

Most of the crew and management. Get to have fun on the job if you have time. Easy menu to learn.

    Cons

If you don't like the people you are working with you won't like it. Work you like a dog. They have a tendency to string people along, rules contradict each other and unrealistic standards.
