    Pros

Competitive pay, development opportunities, major holidays off, great crew, cool and fun culture, clean, happy

    Cons

It really all depends on who you are. If you aren't querky in any way, or weird then you probably won't fit in. Other than a little drama, and you get that everywhere you might work, it's great!

    Advice to Management

I don't have much advice. Um... I'm currently becoming a manager and the books are a little hard to follow. Maybe a more organized workbook for manager training would be great!

    Pros

Holidays off, decent pay, pretty fun work environment, very detail oriented and they train you to be the same way.

    Cons

Long hours with no guaranteed breaks, too much responsibility compared to compensation, GM's and OM's treat SM's like they're on opposing teams as opposed to being one collective. Every shift manager I know in this company relates to feeling over worked and WAY under appreciated. My GM ruined my experience for me. She was money hungry and LAZY... But loved taking credit for a job well done by her subordinates.

    Advice to Management

Be more selective with your GM's and OM's... Don't pick someone just because they might have a little experience in full service and you have a position to fill. Some people just aren't what they seem and it's sad to see how a person can act when THEIR boss is around, but be a totally different person when corporate isn't there looking over their shoulder. I had much potential and really cared about my growth within the company, but this one individual was so awful j preferred to leave over dealing with her everyday.

    I worked at Raising Cane's

    Pros

Fun, fast and enjoyable, but so rushed, and pressured it can lead to problems and miscommunication

    Cons

Bad pay, bad hours, rude general manager, Need to upgrade some tech and tools etc

    Advice to Management

Moody general managers make really bad managers who don't cherish a good worker who has potential ends up in them losing a valuable employee and customer

    Pros

Very real crew members and management. Perfectly balanced atmosphere of fun and hard work.

    Cons

Hours are not easy to gain. You have to really work your butt off to get noticed, and eventually you'll get there. At times, managers contradict themselves with the rules and standard procedure.

    Advice to Management

    Don't play favorites with employees.
