    Pros

I did like all my coworkers. You were able to take ownership of the part of the line you worked on, which was nice.

    Cons

Upper management did not listen to issues with the line, insisted things be done a certain way whether they were logical or not. Long hours, and short breaks for manual work.

    Cons

union is crap they work fo the employer not the employee team leaders think they were gods matainenance is ignorant and arrogant can be easily fired(union didn't help) Forced to work a double shift on less than a few minutes notice atleast 2 times a week benefits are terrible and unless you have 15 years seniority you will be stuck on 2nd or 3rd shift

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees like humans

There are many great people, who care about your achievements and work to help you grow. The management wants considers your success, a success for themselves. They give you many opportunities to demonstrate leadership, and work with teams from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

    Cons

I wish that there were more formal training for the systems used in accounting and finance. Luckily I had very helpful superiors.

    Pros

I was able to gain work experience and used a little of my science training. I was encouraged to formulate my own cookie lines.

    Cons

I never felt like I was apart of the company. Not having health insurance on many occasions where very hazardous.

    Advice to Management

When someone works for you that has had all the training and willingness to work hard it would be in the company's best interest to keep them on board and work with them to place them in positions where they can help.

    Pros

the people are fun, some are very difficult to deal with. A lot of people were quitting when I was interning.

    Cons

This is probably due to the fact that the economy was down, but the plant wasn't very busy. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

    Pros

Fellow employees are all good people.

    Cons

Benefits- POOR Pay-Average Management- Micro Manages and does not communicate important information

    Advice to Management

Let your supervisors and superintendants develop and make decisions. Micro managing is not good for the plant or the leaders. Communicate with your supervisors to allow them to perform their jobs properly. Support your leaders and in turn they will support management. Treat employees, with respect.
