    Pros

Nice co-workers, friendly environment. Manager was friendly.

    Cons

    Low pay can be low.

    Advice to Management

Raise prices and increase hourly wage. I was only a 17 year old kid an I felt poor, imagine a person with 3 kids who lives in East LA.

    Pros

good hours, flexible Schedule, if its your first job- you can easily gain customer service skills from here. You may or may not be quickly promoted, depending on the department and management.
You also get to meet some pretty cool people.

    Cons

not enough pay for what you do, $9.00 is the starting pay.

    Advice to Management

Should try to give a little hire wage; towards Courtesy Clerks, and Combos.

    Pros

Good job to start off at and get some good customer service experience. Workers tend to be very close and you get great rewards points as a worker.

    Cons

Of course, it's a customer service job, so be ready to deal with some interesting characters. When it gets busy, expect to be called in (so basically around any big holiday). It can be really tough to move up too, since a lot of people stick with their jobs for a long time.

    Advice to Management

Recognize potential more and try to promote those who put in a lot of effort.

  9. Fast-paced work focused on customer service.

    Pros

The employees are mostly friendly. You have to be to work here.
    Never a dull moment.
You'll acquire customer service skills very quickly
    One on one customer relations.

    Cons

    Stress.
They expect no overtime but they will consistently under-staff
They are supposed to work with your availability. They usually do but they'll violate it often.
You're guaranteed a certain amount of hours. They often give you less.

    Advice to Management

Work on your scheduling and lower the expectations if you expect things to get done.
There has been a few times I was gonna go to the union.

    Pros

Stable work, great benefits, pension, union 40 plus hours.

    Cons

Working weekends, nights. Its hard to have family time on holidays. Union contract times can be stressful.

    Advice to Management

Take it easy on the six days. there is no reason to work us six days a week for half the year.
