I have been working at Ramco Systems full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

you can gain knowledge in SQL. great to begin a career in ramco . but very bad at salary. never join as a project trainee in this company .they ll treat you like crap. ppl who have 4 or 5years of experience pretend like they know everything but they actually dont and never respect ppl who are younger to them.

    Cons

loaded with hell lots of work. project tarinees are supposed to work on saturdays too. you get to gain knowledge here but not for long. great future for ppl who have experience but not much for prj trainees bcoz dey ll neva give promotion nor increment in stipend.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

never recruit project trainees unless and until you are gonna make them permanent when they have atleast 10months of experience in ramco.
