    They don't know where go, No Direction

    Prosnothing from two year ago.

    Conssalary are low, managers are afraid of the CEO and no ability to make decisions, the CEO does not care about people just focus on the revenue, they do not know where to go and the products have been releases without finalize.

    ProsHave given me leadership exposure at a very early stage.Have played various roles .Build up good technical knowledge(Ramco is particularly popular for its SQL writing skills).Have moulded by giving huge work pressure and taking responsibility.had a vibrant environment as we were a bunch of 20 freshers.Whatever I have now is because of this company.

    ConsDirty politics,language based ,caste based ,region based partiality.Need to be a good orator and politician to survuve and bring up yourselves.Bit like a government office
