Pros – Being fast growing company , future prospects were very high and same time company order book was growing very fastely.

Cons – Uncontrolled and boised middle management and unable to put control by senior management, which is badly hamppering the performence of projects badly.

Advice to Senior Management – To established responsibilities at all levels and check their performences and credibility through periodic checks and reviews.

Cons – material management should be strong as that is the backbone of any industry

Pros – I want to be here due to freedom of work & supportive management.

Cons – Some of the management employees behaves and works beyond the professional limit.

Advice to Senior Management – Please recruit the all level management employee with proper checking of his profile history & must certified of PG in management.They have lack of management skills.They only knows to complete the execution by hook & crook.They have no any systematic approach.Take proper time to recruit them once you satisfied from all sector.

Cons – i am working here 2 project......both are in karnataka..one is having 67 crore n onther one is having 130 crore.

Cons – Their attitude is to discontinue projects after getting Govt Subsidies. They abruptly stop work by transfering top people and substitute with low level employees in the name of cost savings

Pros – Here the employees are very dedicated in their work, Every one try to motivate the team & very friendly nature in our organisation.

Cons – Nothing. Because every thing is good in our organisation our growth wise & as well as our management working style.
