Pros – Immense exposure (at low salaries and designations, you are made to work at pace and level meant to addressed by leadership positions)
Cons – Highly complex processes, favouritism, hierarchy conscious organization, disparities between levels, top management indifferent to the voice of employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Please try to stabilize business & rest will fall in place. Without business, process are of immaterial.
