    Pros

Great, innovative leadership in the company. Willing to hear ideas and implement them as appropriate. Allow people to progress internally and advance. NEVER take away pay because you "are making too much" in commissions.

    Cons

Can sometimes be a political environment that you have to work through the details to get things done.

    Advice to Management

Keep innovating and trying to improve. The more flexible you can be the better you will be.

    Pros

I have been with the company for 10 years, and have stayed for this long because of the great people, work environment and flexibility when needed (having a young family). My manager is fantastic and trusts us that we are doing our best job, while giving us all the tools to be successful. Things like compensation, and benefits are in line with industry standard, and Rand does a lot to make employees feel appreciated.

    Cons

Not much to say, as I really do enjoy coming in to work each day.
