    I have been working at Rane full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Ample amount of work, managed shifts, salary on time. Growing group will be beneficial for a fresher engineer to start.

    Cons

    Need to give more compensations and benefits because work taken against the payment is a lot more therefore by increasing more bonus.

    Pros

    An employer who encourages freedom of expression and creativity . A good learning organisation especially for freshers who have a zeal to learn everything.

    Cons

    Being a Tier 1 supplier there is only a marginal compensation package which is considerably less than the OEMs

    To substantially seek to retain key talent by introducing retention bonus and to ensure employees who come there take substantial learning from them. ( as in give clarity and specific tasks which can measure employee performance)

    Gives good training in improving skill and in developing personality, takes care of the employees health, education etc.,

    visitors should be restricted to particular time only, presently they are allowed at any time which will be disturbance while working.
