Pros
Young crew, can be very creative at times, Stampede Party is excellent
Cons
Young Crew = poor experience, talent levels, pay levels & hence quality suffers. Too many issues with prior management to list off - issues with managers personal credit cards being used to manage online marketing budgets created multiple situations where the card would go over limit and the client(s) campaigns would go offline and we in marketing would be held to explain to a client why they werent online.
This also created other issues with getting terms with ad servers and other companies that would normally give terms when purchasing a service, but because we were buying everything through a executives own personal card - he was getting all the credit, not Rare Method.
Have seen multiple cases of Account managers throwing staff under the bus to escape dealing with a client that expects too much for too little money. Once again this is reflected in young, unexperienced talent in client facing positions.
There are great people there - just need to have management that understand online marketing, promotion and have a clear desire to maintain and develop a team that will stay and grow not only with the clients but the company as well.
Advice to Senior Management
Try getting company credit cards, act professional, either become a production house for other agencies that require digital design 100% or, become a real creative shop delivering creative work second to none100%. As it stands right now - they are trying to be both and its killing creativity and respect that the company has in the eyes of people looking for creative leadership.
