    Interesting product, interesting industry space - online distribution, travel/international exposure, great colleagues, friendly environment, informal organizational structure

    Cons

    appalling HR policies - leave etc., salary is just OK

    better employee friendly policies - more leaves and other employee engagement initiatives

    Pros

    Work from home. Ability to connect with global counterparts.

    Cons

    Co-workers in India would poach your clients and not include you in meetings with them. Very poorly managed company.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to manage people with respect and open/honest communication.

    You might be able to work from home

    Cons

    They did not pay >$4000 US$ that they owed me during my last month as a consultant, and I met another former consultant who they still owe >$30,000 US$ that they did not pay.

    They will try to keep you out of engagements with your customers to keep from paying you. They are very poor in leadership and ethics and this is not a good employer to work for or company you want on your resume.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair to your employees and consultants.

    Hardly that I can think of.

    Cons

    The cranky office building of Noida 57 sector.
    Bad crowd
    Bad management
    Its a typical hierarchical company. Calling Sir/Mam is something they never discourage.
    Bad very bad compensation.
    Same technology work
    No future technically for dev/test

    Advice to Management

    They need better kind of work to flow in. As far as I can think, no one right from Dev to testers were happy with the kind of work they got.

    Best thing is that you can get resign anytime to get free from prison like environment.

    1. Just think about folks other than sales or flatterers.
    2. Engineers, QAs, HRs, designers are human too, think about them as well, sometime.

    Pros

    Great opportunity to learn and develop skills. Average work pressure and immense ways to boost ones appetite for learning
    Very friendly atmosphere, good training and very easy to reach higher management

    Cons

    Management should come up with strategies for growth of existing employees. We expect to get a decent salary hike this time.

    If you are fresher and come to join the RateGain in RS-Mapping team, please don't come, here many people are working for last 4-5 year of the same position and same profile and getting 13-14 k per month, because they don't have any support of relative or the support of senior level and who are coming with a strong reference, they will promoted with in 6 month, this is a big issue so please make or search some relation with high level employee. if you work good without issue in searching and mapping task,you will remain on the same place and position, because here no promotion for the person who have the strong performance and they are still have the task searching. and who have a lots of issue and fault in the productivity and data, they have promoted..........if any body have any doubt,,please come and meet the employee of this team.

    Cons

    no benefit of leave and wages, company policy provide your 16 leave in a year, but your manager will approve only 6-8 in a year, if you will take more leaves then no annual increment will be done.so what is the benefit you can think???

    management can do nothing, because I have seen here in 3-4 years, If anybody can do then he is only Mr. Bhanu Chopra, he should try to know some time in bottom level employee. who are treated by the oldest managers......"The partiality is the big issue in Mapping team"

    Pros

    This company ( RateGain IT Solution) is a big fraud. The comany's HR is posting fake reviews with different IDs.
    Employees in RateGain are treated as slaves. They make employees work on all the 7 days in a week.
    The company cheat employees of their ESI, PF and Bonus is never is paid to employees but is a part of your Annual Salary.

    Cons

    Its top management is selfish and discremative. The worst was to see when company discremated in distributing Diwali Sweets, Gifts differently to different category of employees.
    They hold your Full & Final for months after your resignation and never give a positive feedback about ex-employees.

    Advice to Management

    The management is aware of every thing. Their posting of fake reviews seaks volumes of their untrustworthy attitude to trap innocent employees.
    Please do not join this company called RateGain.
