    Pros

    - Great location
    - Free lunch on Fridays
    - Good discount for Equinox Fitness

    Cons

    - The "training" they give you is a joke
    - Management needs to calm their egos down
    - High turn around rate
    - Commission is a joke
    - Employees (especially those in sales) will stab each other in the back and literally steal clients from each other
    - If you want to be promoted, you need to suck up to management pretty hard
    - Expect us to be on the phone from 9 am - 1 pm which is a little hard when clients are in other time zones
    - I've literally seen the president throw a hissy fit in front of the entire company and then fire an employee because they couldn't meet one goal (mind you, goals are aggressive and said employee was one of the best)
    - Long hours, low pay, lack of employee appreciation - this is a total sweatshop. Do not be fooled, you will have no work/life balance and little to no room for advancement unless you are in the inner circle or you will be given lip service or the run-around. I know for a fact that employees (at all levels) are out and looking for work elsewhere.
    - Management is set in their ways, unwilling to change. It's everyone else that is the problem I guess.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - You're investing money in the people you hire. Take the time to train them instead of throwing them out in the water - this is why you have such a high turn around rate and wonder why a lot of employees don't last a long time.
    - It would be more beneficial to your employees as well as the company to make a point of giving constructive employee feedback more often allowing your employees a chance to improve and grow on a more steady basis as well as for employees to feel a job well done is recognized and appreciated more often

    Pros

Adequate training for a space that can seem initially overwhelming without prior experience.

    Cons

Terrible salary that doesn't meet the average (commission is a joke too). No room for advancement. A management that is unwilling to fix its own faults.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management overall needs to learn how to grow up. The growth of the company is hindered by the lack of respect management gives to its employees and by the occasional outbursts by a "CEO" of the company. As well, gossip against other employees on a daily basis is supported by the company as managers are often the start of it. The company seems to follow the idea that good employees are made by breaking them down and building them back up again, when rather, a company should focus on the strengths of an employee and build from the get go. Glengarry Glen Ross tactics don't work when the overall outcome of pay is just poor and when there are better companies to work for.

    Pros

Great location, located right in the heart of Old Town Pasadena
Nice office space (not actual working area but office in general)
    Free lunch on Fridays

    Cons

Benefits are not good at all; likely to be cheaper if you were to pay private, out of pocket.
    Environment is very micro manage-y
Lots of meetings, which means not a lot gets done.
Mostly young employees who act as such
Vacation + sick policy is not good at all

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time for a shake-up! Get rid of everyone not pulling their own weight.

Hire people who act their age, environment will change drastically as a result.

    Pros

The bosses are pretty laid back and as long as you are doing your daily tasks you have the free space to let you experiment and try whatever you want.

    Cons

The Freedom of doing anything is like a blank page to a writer it's just so daunting makes you almost wish there was more management.

    Pros

Amazing coworkers, everyone was very close and got along great. Great communication from the top executives all the way down to the entry level sales team. Free lunch on fridays. Great location.

    Cons

If you aren't extremely outgoing you will not be successful and might get intimidated by the other employees.

    Pros

This is a great group of people to work with, sort of like a big family. Everyone works hard to get the job done, while still keeping the workplace fun and casual. The company follows industry trends and provides good opportunities to continue developing your skill set. They offer generous company-wide bonuses after successful quarters and provide free lunches on Fridays.

    Cons

Sick/vacation benefits are not as competitive as those at other companies. Also, if you're not a fan of Top 40 pop music, you would do well to bring a pair of headphones.
