    Pros

Good rewards for loyalty to them.

    Cons

Blame culture, no diversity, arrogance beyond belief.

    Advice to Management

Reward people for talent and not because they have been at the company for long. Choose the best people for the jobs and not the ones who brown nose.

    Pros

Employees are, in the main, lovely, talented and hard working. Not sure Senior Directors/Exec realise, recognise or appreciate this.

    Cons

Lacking in diversity. No Corporate Social Responsibility mission. Hence an inward facing organisation, with questionable corporate values and no interest in anything/anyone beyond the traditional client "cut from the same cloth".

    Advice to Management

Work on instilling a collaborative and inclusive culture - acroos investment desks, regions and departments.

  6. Poor management in a creative dept

    Pros

The people are really lovely. They tend to do a lot of activities that involve( london) everyone as a team.

    Cons

Its very traditional in its approach and outlook.

    Advice to Management

Senior management were approachable. However, there are certain directors who need basic skills in communication and providing feedback.
