    Pros

Well managed firm that focuses on what it does really well. Internship program is fulfilling and not over the top.

    Cons

I never ran into any downsides while interning there. I wish they had more ambitions to break into the bulge bracket, but that's not their primary concern.

    Advice to Management

Work on developing a unique corporate culture. I never felt like RJ had its own brand, but I wasn't there very long.

    Pros

There is a great company culture here, the people you work with are intelligent and driven. There is a lot of tenure throughout every department and its common to work alongside people who have been with the firm 15-20 years. They handle the advisors better than other firms on Wall Street and it shows. The compensation is fair and the benefits are very good. Overall great company with room to grow.

    Cons

The hours can be long in my particular position.

    Advice to Management

    Keep growing the company.

    Pros

ESOP, PSP, firm is stable and profitable, somewhat good news for job security

    Cons

Fewer and fewer intangible benefits over the years.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget that you used to be a very people oriented firm. Happy people treat financial advisors well, and happy financial advisors translate to a higher stock price.

Great culture and benefits. I felt like I was really taken care of and they treat their employees as if they rally mean something and contribute to the team and company. I wish I could have stayed longer.

No cons to think of. I don't really have anything bad to say about this company. The culture was really great and the management treated you as a great asset to the company.

    Pros

Monday thru Friday hours with weekends off excellent hours and employer was ethical and fair. Good employer to work for. I never had a problem with getting my lunch breaks and any issues I had were handled with respect and resolved to my satisfaction.

    Cons

Nothing worth mentioning, employer was easy going and just expected a good work ethic so clients get the best service

    Advice to Management
