I have been working at Readyforce

Pros – Readyforce is a high energy environment where velocity is absolutely key. Everybody knows what the goal is and everyone works hard towards that goal. At the same time, it is a fun environment to work. Strong first round funding for a strong innovation to the recruiting industry.

Cons – Like any startup, there are challenges in terms of lots of updates and changes to the product. I actually don't see this as a con, but there are many who aren't able to work in such an environment.

Advice to Senior Management – I'm very impressed with the management of this company. There is a certain transparency that is somewhat unavailable in other companies. A very clear vision and mission have been laid out to the team, and I think that's one reason so much can be expected from the team. We have bought in to the vision and mission from the top down.

Pros – The culture here used to be amazing. A really fun place to work. They are really good at hiring for culture fit.

Cons – Mismanagement led to a series of layoffs knocking the company from 46 people down to 7. It's an interesting problem, but the CEO makes doing one's job challenging by impulsively overriding key decisions outside his scope of expertise.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the experts that you hire.

I have been working at Readyforce

Pros – I have been in the recruiting & HR industry for over 16 years. This organization and leadership "get it" - they treat the candidates with respect and work with them through the pain-points of searching and interviewing for positions. Additionally, as a Community Member, I love the feedback, the opportunities to get paid for the actual contribution I make and reward with exceptional life-work-fun balance.

Cons – The only con I can say is that I wish there were more interaction in between Community Members.

Advice to Senior Management – Just continue to keep focusing on the Candidate and the exceptional service you provide your Clients!
