    Pros

No longer work for the company

    Cons

Zero Business ethics. Carefully watch your share plans. You do not want to get acquired from this company, they are clueless at saas products and their arrogance will destroy your brand.

    Advice to Management

If you release someone who dedicated their life to the brand release them to their face.

    Pros

Good dedicated coworkers. Flexible work schedule. Fair pay and benefits. Good dedicated coworkers. Flexible work schedule. Fair pay and benefits. Not much else.

    Cons

Reorgs every few months makes it impossible to get anything meaningful done. Unresponsive upper management. Overall directionless company. Absent CEO.

    Advice to Management

If something isn't working, have an open discussion to find out how to make things right rather than changing up the management hierarchy. Actually support the products you acquire with enough dev, QA and PM resources.

    Cons

Hostile work environment. Unethical treatment of employees and customers. Dishonest HR department. Authoritarian management style. Boot camp style training for new hires. Frequently hiring/firing employees. Provides misleading information to prospects/customers. Costly benefit programs.

    Advice to Management

None. A complete change in leadership is needed since they are the main culprits.

close to home good pay easy to get to/from

    Cons

stingy with benefits not flexible PTO plan stinks

    Advice to Management

This company could be great, but it suffers from its own internal politics, no process and a lackluster attempt at trying to have a culture. Most of the upper management team needs to go.

    Pros

Can't think of anything positive about this company

    Cons

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked at. Their is no sales training for employees and they hire sales managers from within and most are not great at managing a team of their former peers. Their commission structure is so confusing most managers can not figure it out when you ask for help. I look forward to leaving this company ASAP. This has been such a unprofessional environment. Sales reps lie to clients to get their business and this is known by management

    Advice to Management

Train sales reps and managers and maintain a professional environment on the sales floor

    Cons

For a software company they don't operate like one . They are a saas and paas company but they operate like property managent company.

    Advice to Management

Change the culture to be more like a startup more relaxed technology driven like Google or Amazon.

    Pros

Met some cool coworkers. Was not overworked. Some people used it as an entry level job. Those are the only pros.

    Cons

Realpage is terrible. They have a serious identity crisis, and are stuck in a pre-internet business model, even tho they are a "tech" company. A relic of a company from the 90s that chose to buy up startups instead of actually innovate.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck guys.
