    Implementer (Current Employee)
    San Jose, CA

ProsIt gives students out of school to directly plan and optimize projrcts. I donot think the experience you recive working for realization can be obtained anywhere elese

Consyou may have to work round the clock and you may be out of town months together. The travel plans are given in very short notice. genreally less than 24hrs.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove on rotating employees through various accunt within US and other country.

    Senior Recruiter (Current Employee)
    San Jose, CA

ProsThe people are fun and the technology I am recruiting for is very interesting

ConsNot enough team meetings discussing the status of the company, sales pipeline, how are we doing with our clients, current projects, etcetera.

Project Management Consultancy based on basic premise of Critical Chain Theory

    Project Manager (Current Employee)
    Hoshangābād (India)

ProsHard, interesting work. Very intelligent company, great people to work with. Good pay. You get an all round experience while working with different clients in different industries and sectors.

ConsNo work life balance. We are stationed on projects site for period of 9 months - 1 year and spend most of the time on remote site locations or travelling to & fro from home.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease do not sacrifice the premise of Critical chain theory in project execution while in India. It is easy to do so but this is the only thing which distinguishes you from others.

Unique opportunity to meet senior management of customers, but poor management

    Implementer (Former Employee)

ProsOpportunity to meet senior management of customers
Great camaraderie with customers and co-workers
Excellent resume builder with results achieved
Opportunity for fast advancement if management likes you
Company is flat, everyone is accessible
Great network building as accounts last 3-9 months allowing new contacts be made in roughly that same period

ConsHeavy travel and work periods mixed in with months of idleness may lead to burn out
    Inconsistent Direction
Informality and lack of structure leads to mostly subjective instead of objective reviews
Focus on doing it on what management perceives as the right way leads to customer frustration and limits opportunity for further growth

Advice to Senior ManagementEvaluate business model used to achieve goals. Consulting does not and can not scale like manufacturing or software

Change culture to a positive attitude even in the face of failure. Middle Management closely follows upper managements lead of negativity and focusing on only the bad. This culture in addition to the travel and hours demotivates employees.
