    Pros

center city philly, best location, very nice and easy-going managers, interact with clients from big pharmaceutical companies day by day

    Pros

Employees were nice & new office building was extremely nice, however the non executive people were left in an old decrepit building to work for a few years while the C-suite worked in a beautiful office complex up the street.

    Cons

No career growth, managers were already there 10+ years by the time I was hired. No movement available. Salaries were a joke - not competitive with industry at all.

    Advice to Management

Compensation packages need to be more competitive and career growth needs to be taken seriously.

I have been working at Reckner full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Relaxing work environment, low expectations, extremely easy job, friendly co-workers.

    Cons

No raises, no promotions, low overall market research IQ. In the midst of a major downsizing.

    Advice to Management

Provide the company with a direction that is going to work. The best way out of the current dysfunctional senior management is to hire an outside consultant to tell you like it is. You are your worst enemy and don't even realize it.

    Pros

Company offers an overall great learning environment. If an employee expresses interest in something, management will express interest as well and provide additional learning opportunities.

    Cons

While there are several opportunities for employees to learn more about the company/industry as an employee, growth opportunities within the company are few due to the relatively small size of the company.

    Advice to Management

Management is very good in communicating with all levels of the company. May want to consider however bridging the learning opportunities provided with potential growth within the company.

    Advice to Management

to advance the company i would say use your database better. use a system that will put to use all of the information you have collected quickly and effectively. do a better job with your sample department too.
