I have been working at Record Courier full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Growing, community based print and digital media dynamo with the potential to dominate all their markets. Strong foundation.

    Cons

Management tenure leans to 1960s mentality in a 2013 world. Recent management changes are steps in the right direction, but there is a long way to go.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Co-workers were terrific. Facilities were nice. Milage is compensated.

    Cons

    Nonexistent training. Pay is pathetic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put a solid training regimen together. Get a CRM. Pay your personal better.

I have been working at Record Courier

    Pros

It's a job, basically. If you don't mind getting paid little and working over 40 hours a week with no overtime, but you *need* a resume builder? Go for it.

    Cons

No overtime. WAY over 40 hours a week of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more people.
