    Great for retired, or hs graduation, or if you only want part time

    part time, no benefits, no overtime, no weekends

    Pays more than retail. Nice co-workers and flexible hours.

    HR doesn't discuss issues she just fires people, often unfairly.

    I have been working at RecordTrak part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very nice people in an easy casual work environment. Flexible with hours.

    Cons

    Too much information to learn in 8 days of training then you are expected to hit the ground running. Pay is only so so and little room for growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More training and review time should not be yearly. Too long to wait for a raise. And raises should be better than they are for those who deserve them.
