    Pros

You will learn the basic of recruiting and doing 360 recruitment

    Cons

You have to endured the grueling interview with the CEO before offering 20% Paycut if you fail to meet target after 3 months Have to hit temp contract before taking the CEI Test. Different quota for male and female. 40 for female,60 for male Unequal opportunities for male before you got confirmed, you will be entitled zero benefit,no mc,no leave.

    Advice to Management

    Be more fair to male.

    Pros

To groom professionally To learn to work with people of different cultures and wavelength To take responsibility in terms of sales numbers as well as contributing in terms of projects assigned and etc. A family knitted environment Good incentives scheme and payout,

    Cons

Salary offered to potential RC can be adjusted (higher preferable to attract) Benefits should be given after 3 months or at most 6 months Be more liberal and less rigid on systems

    Advice to Management

I work here for a long time and I do hope to see an improvement in benefits as least more competitive in the market.

    Pros

monetary is good but other search firm is providing much better.

    Cons

The boss of the company JS is one rude old lecher. Love to talk big and pass down all the wrong value to his managers and consultant. He once comment that do not waste time on indian and malay candidate because they are useless. Do not waste time joining them. if you resign before your confirmation, you are require to serve 2 weeks notice and pay 2 weeks of your salary as 'training' cost but there are no training given at all. There are better search firm out there. RE is a cheater company to the candidates, company and to their own employees.

    Pros

You get to work with people from other divisions and broaden up your network. Able to earn a lot if you manage to get more candidates for the positions you have

    Cons

Fast-paced and stressful environment as it is sales-based and when you do not hit the sales target set monthly. A lot of times, it is dependent on the quality of candidates which you have that determines whether you can meet your sales target

    Pros

Great colleagues, people makes the culture open and fun, high energy and fast paced which translates to high results. The company is run very close knittedly, not much bad politics which allows one to focus on achieving sales and providing good service to clients. You can manage well enough to achieve work life balance (hardly any overtime done).

    Cons

Local based company, lack of diversity in a global MNC setting. Processes veer towards being more manual than leveraging on systems usage.
