    Excellent

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Tokyo (Japan)

ProsPrivate company. Good career advancement opportunities. Agressive for a Japanese firm. Entreprenurial corporate culture that gives employees internal opportunities to do new things/businesses.

ConsLarge company with strict compliance compared to smaller recruiting companies. Not a good place for non-Japanese without good Japanese language skills. Focus is now more on recruiting instead of media. Some of the businesses overlap with each other. Better compensation working for a smaller company.

Advice to Senior ManagementGreat President. Powerful visionary that has taken the company to new heights.
