    Pros

Cool & friendly people, interesting place. Some people are brilliant, some are not.

    Cons

Conservative. For example - most people can't work from home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen more to your workers, have regular meetings stating the state of the company and where it's going.

All I can say is it is a nice workplace, lacking professionalism in every sense.

I have been working at Red Bend Software full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Integrate many technologies in the same product

    Cons

Not many people you can learn from, everybody is asking his colleague

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend less on meetings. Define workflow for everybody. Use professionalism and engineering when making decisions (all this is not true as of today).

I worked at Red Bend Software full-time

    Pros

Great offices, good salary, challenging work, i would have to say that overall the company is a really nice place to work, both career wise and as an overall experience.

    Cons

I was looking more for a start-up kind of a software company, and although there is some start-up remains, it's already lost most of it.

there is also a major lack of young people/colture in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make the place a bit more fun, it will be worth it in the long run.
