    Pros

Always learning, always striving for new goals, pushing boundaries. A million pros.

    Cons

One of the few I can think of is the low head count they try to keep. While they do value hard work, it's hard to break into full-time, full Red Bull and not just be a contractor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more jobs for people willing to put in the work and love the company.

    Pros

Red Bull is an incredible company and to have the opportunity to be a part of implementing their marketing strategy provided so many valuable work and life skills. The pay is well above a minimum wage college job, the hours are flexible and worked with my already packed schedule, and the atmosphere is fun and energetic. If you want to get paid to drive around an awesome car, put smiles on people's faces with an ice cold can, and actually make your own creative ideas for missions happen, then this is the company for you. There are great opportunities for travel, you get to attend fun events, and you really are the face of the brand.

    Cons

None. I have zero complaints. This was hands down the best company to work for.

I have been working at Red Bull North America

    Pros

Incredible experience, and education working with Red Bull as a student. The training was great, you got to be as creative as you wanted, and the perks were fun too.

    Cons

I think more structure would have helped a student in general, when your in college you tend to not focus too much on things that don't have deadlines. Deadlines would help and more structure,

I have been working at Red Bull North America part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The company has great culture and they treat you pretty fairly in regards to compensation. There are a lot of opportunities for travel. The job is a lot of fun and you meet a lot of cool people. There are a lot of perks that come with the job.

    Cons

Always something coming up last minute, so you need a flexible schedule. Not all shifts go according to plan so you have to prepare for the worst and think on your feet.

I worked at Red Bull North America as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

fun environment, travel for some meetings and events
    - hands on learning experience, so many take aways
    - ability to give input on what is best for your specific campus
    -world known name on resume

    Cons

    - frustrating when blamed for situations out of your control
    - inability to connect with superiors outside of direct management
    - because of lack of contact between students and upper management, if manager does not like you it is pretty much your word (or lack of) against theirs, which makes progressing in company difficult

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Red Bull North America part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Fun, flexible, great pay for a part-time job while attending college. I have some awesome memories working for Red Bull as a Wiiings girl. Not only did we get to drive around that awesome little car, essentially to any place we chose to go, but we got to attend some really cool events. I got to meet professional Red Bull athletes, music artists, etc. We partied with our managers, went to great dinners, stayed in awesome hotels--all payed for by Red Bull. It was like getting paid to join a sorority, and I'm still friends with some of the girls I worked with. At the time when I did work for the company, I had no aspirations to move up within it. However, some of the girls did aspire to move up the latter--and they did! There is room for growth if you do a great job and make friends with the right people.

    Cons

I can honestly think of none. This is an awesome company to work for
