    Pros

Great product, great marketing & great people. If you can dream it & justify it, they'll let you try it. If you deliver, they reward you.

    Cons

Pace might not be for everyone, but if you're slow you can just grab a free Red Bull.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the core business, this is where Red Bull can dominate.

    Pros

Awesome events, great crew to work with. Perks are good enough for a part-time position.

    Cons

Sometimes the amount of work required felt like it was not being paid fairly.

    Advice to Management

Provide incentives and pay that matches the local market they are in.

    Pros

Great hours and my boss is awesome. I believe you get what you into it. Endless possibilities if your willing to work for it.

    Cons

Not a lot of cons I can think of at the moment. As a merchandiser your not able to meet a lot of the other employees of the company.

    Advice to Management

Offer more events or activities that promote employee networking. I haven't been with the company long enough to offer great advice but so far I'm impressed by this company and proud to represent Red Bull.

    Pros

Fun environment to work in. Everyone is energetic and young. The job provides great entry marketing experience and company culture is awesome!

    Cons

Competitive growth within company. Managers have their favorites and are biased for promotions and may be unfair if you do not fit in.

    Pros

Red Bull makes work fun and exciting. They give you all the tools you need to succeed and they do not confine you to specific duties. You have the freedom to be creative in the work that you do.

    Cons

The lack of guidance and outlines could be frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Continue to give your employees freedom but don't be afraid to lay down some guidelines. This would be my only advice to management.

  10. Goof Benefits, casual environment

    Pros

The company offers good benefits, an onsite gym or gym membership, and empowers employees to conduct business and make proper decisions in the course of business.

    Cons

There could be more internal communication regarding business strategy which isn't readily communicated down in step-manner from senior management to lower level employees. Some may find nepotism exists in certain departments.

    Advice to Management

Increase communication on corporate strategy to keep employees on the same page, including those in the worker-bee category. Eliminate the nepotism or appearance thereof.

    Pros

The name is the only pro

    Cons

Where should I start? Below average wages, well below industry benefits, a headquarters of entitled Euros telling you what to do - work life balance is nonexistent

    Advice to Management

Not sure this place can be helped, worst beverage company I have worked for
