    Pros

Small company with some smart people working for it.

    Cons

Needs to find some direction that's rooted in reality. Sales will be lacking until things are designed for the real world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to employees who worked in your target markets.

    Competitive Pay
    Great product

    Cons

Upper-middle management clueless, obsessive, and demeaning
Grindhouse - no amount of effort is enough
    Effort is valued over effectiveness

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop looking for hot shot upper management and stop being blinded by raw effort in place of effectiveness and ability

Former Employee - Inside Sales Manager  in  Vancouver, BC (Canada)
Former Employee - Inside Sales Manager in Vancouver, BC (Canada)

    Pros

-Small company with some smart people working for it.
-Good corporate culture, easy to get along with other employees.
    -Location

-Clients are treated very well and are loyal in return.
    -Amazing customer support team.
    -Development team is innovative.

    -Unlimited coffee

    Cons

    - No marketing department, senior management doesn't see any value in it

    - No middle management, with a CEO breathing down the back of your neck everyday.

    - No room for growth,, small office and they never pay overtime. Even if you come in early, or stay late.

    - Sales Reps have 2-3 month turn over.

    - One of the major reasons why their Sales Representatives position has a 2-3 month turn over is because it pays ($12.25/hr) far below the average wage of a Telecommunications Sales Rep at $17.50.

    - The other big reason is that other Sales Representatives are encouraged to STEAL HOT LEADS, even the CEO will steal your leads if he gets the chance. No shame, you can expect thousands of $$$ loss a year because of this.

    - Advertised "Competitive sales commissions", in a stale/saturated market, only 2% to 4% on sales.

    - No training, high pressure and expectations.

    - The whole sales process needs remodeling, with up to date tools and a new CRM to manage data.

    - Strict scheduling and always guilt-tripped for taking days off.

    - They advertise for full employee benefits, and again guilt-trip you for using any of them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest into operations and growth or you will fall behind your competitors.
