Pros
Its an excellent cause, unique organization in that we are the only organization with the services we provide.
Cons
Communication within the organization could be better.
Advice to Senior Management
Communicate!
Pros
People's lives are actually saved by what we do
Vacation time is pretty good
Co-workers are mostly decent, hardworking people
Cons
Technology is terrible, if you like to start your day waiting 20 minutes for a computer to boot up...this could be the place for you!
Office is embarrassing with run-down, dirty, mismatched furniture...doesn't look like a place I'd like a sterile procedure done!
Management treats you like a child as if you have never worked a day in your life before the Red Cross
Sales Methodologies and attitudes are very dated
Not exactly a white collar sales job, be prepared to get dirty!
I wouldn't take this job fresh out of college! Nevermind with existing work experience...STAY AWAY! Worst "Professional" job I have ever had
No Raises in 2 years, nothing motivates you like "You are doing great, and we wish we could give you a raise...but we can't...Sorry! just keep working hard!!"
No 401k match
Advice to Senior Management
Better improve the conditions and start paying your people better or you are going to lose a lot of good professionals and spend another 10-20 years under consent decree!

Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work you are doing around the world. Keep your staff happy and you will reap the benefit.
Pros
Proud of what we do
Cons
Large scale changes have proven difficult to implement smoothly
Consent Decree
Pros
Many loyal and dedicated staff and volunteers who believe in the mission of the society and work continueously to maintain the image.
Cons
the organization is corrupt with nepitism and waste. The management are rulers not leaders who show no respect for the dedication of the employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop hiring employees based on who you know instead of what you know and have to offer. Stop keeping employees who can't produce based on how much of a click they belong to. Stop the incredible waste that goes on within the organization.
